The Silent Tree

The Silent Tree

If a Tree Falls in the Forest, Does it Make a Sound?

There’s a saying: “Perception is reality.” This means that if something isn’t observed, it might as well not have happened. People construct their understanding of reality based on what they perceive.

When God created the animals, He had Adam name them, signifying man’s dominion over them. By naming the animals, Adam actively participated in the creative process.

The animals were made for Adam. They didn’t fully have a place in creation until Adam saw and named them.

Genesis tells us that reality was shaped specifically for Adam. Today, we suspect that human perception is closely tied to how quantum wave functions collapse to form reality.

So, no – the tree is silent.
